Source of Hope Foundation Donates to Henry Street Foundation

​Stephen Robert was the chairman and CEO of Oppenheimer Group, Inc. Stephen K. Robert is deeply committed to supporting communities in need, focusing on vital areas such as healthcare, education, and microfinance opportunities through his co-founded charitable organization, the Source of Hope Foundation.

Since 2010, the Source of Hope Foundation has provided funds to finance the enhancement of Henry Street Settlement's housing facilities. Victims of domestic abuse and their children are major beneficiaries of Henry Street's supportive housing program. Funds from Source of Hope also facilitate children's enrollment in colleges. The foundation assists students with SAT preparation, essay writing, and interview training.

A social service agency, Henry Street Settlement provides education, wellness, and basic needs support for marginalized populations of the lower east side of New York City. Its programs are varied and benefit various people in need. Some of its programs focus on transitional and supportive housing, older adult services, athletics and recreation, employment, and education.
